But often those areas of focus are subconscious, and they are based on outdated and unwanted subjects of attention. Now imagine if you conditioned yourself to notice what you actually wanted most?



It works like the internet serving you ads based on what you’ve been searching for, engaging in, and "clicking on" with your attention. The more you click on something (so to speak), the more it goes and gets more of you to experience of it. As your attention shifts, so does your experience of what gets served to you.



Of course this can be very positive when trained and wielded for good. Or it can be painful—especially when running those old programs that no longer serve your highest good,  and maybe never did.



When done right, you can learn to use it to connect with more of what you want.
